The Hideout is a 4-seasons community offering a ski slope and tubing hill, 5 lakes, golf course, beach, pool, recreation center, arts and crafts, private restaurants and bar, clubhouse, fitness center, playgrounds, and more, all within this private community.
Relax at the property while enjoying the great outdoors on your private deck, providing a barbeque, dining table, and outdoor fireplace, or relax down by the firepit! Inside, spread out and unwind between 3 levels of living space with all the modern comforts.
The ground level is mostly above grade and includes a bedroom, family room, and a full bath. With a pool table, dart board, and dry bar, the family room doubles as a game room - the perfect spot to end your night!
The second level includes a living room, wood fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom and bath, and a half bath. On the third floor you'll find three bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room.
The Master Bedroom and Family Room each include a Smart TV with many streaming accounts included (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO, Showtime). Many other streaming services are available with your own accounts as well.

For a day trip: head to New York City (2 hours drive) or Philadelphia (2.5 hours).

- NOTE: Guests must provide the homeowner with the names, addresses, license plate numbers of guests prior to arrival. All occupants, guests, and vehicles must be registered with the Hideout POA office at least 48 hours in advance.
- Reservation requires short term rental agreement, which will be supplied after booking request is made. Occupants and guests are responsible for abiding by all terms of the short term rental agreement, including the Hideout's rules and regulations.
- Owner supplies 6 guest badges, and 3 additional are provided by the Hideout in your welcome packet. Additional guest badges may be purchased at entry. Guest badges must be worn while using all amenities, for all occupants and guests over the age of 6.
- The Hideout administers and collects amenity fees, which can be viewed on the Hideout Association website. Owner supplies 6 pool stickers for the 6 guest badges.

Overall, our stay was good. It met our expectations and the owner was very nice and responsive during our stay.

I can't recommend staying at this property enough. The house was beautiful and very spacious. The downstairs area was amazing for our family to hangout in. Cathleen was informative from the moment that we inquired about booking the house. She informed us of numerous places to visit around the area, including tubing at Montage Mountain which we went to. During our stay we wanted to buy sleds and couldn't find any in any stores. We asked her for suggestions and she immediately gave us places to call and ended up setting us up to meet a couple in the community to purchase sleds from them. The development was beautiful and there was so much to do there including skiing. for a fraction of the cost at a ski resort. Overall my family and I would definitely come back to rent the house! Thank you for a beautiful stay!
